Still celebrating my birthday with friends even though my birthday was last week! Getting in a lot of walking, gym classes, and training. Watching what I eat but the weekends are hard! I should eat a little snack right now even though we are going out to dinner in an hour so I don't order everything on the menu!

Bodypump today was good - I added weights and am getting deeper into lunges even though my feet still bother me a little.

My trainer is very involved with my workouts. He meets with me twice a week and also makes sure that I get in at least 2 classes a week at the gym. We are increasing the weights each week, and he is also feeding me dinner every once in a while.

Last week I came to a revelation, although I am not a religious person: my father who passed away last year must have had a hand in my getting a trainer, a nutritionist, and a physical therapist. My dad was an expert in his field - he seems to have pointed me in the direction of some great experts in this field. I know how to lose weight, I know how to exercise - getting it to work has taken working with the trainer and eating and exercising the way he has instructed me to eat and work out.
