I think I only lost one pound this week, not really sure why not two? But down is down and I will weigh-in officially tomorrow morning. I walked many miles (4) today, trying to make up for slacking off a few days. Also feeling sad that my trainer is getting ready to go south for the winter. He is connecting me to the gym where it fits in my training so I will be working out with groups. I totally have a crush on him.
