very nice!! for decluttering like that, i recommend Swedish Death Cleaning.
lets take a closet for example: remove EVERYTHING from the closet. great opportunity to wipe down the shelves. starting putting stuff back that you need. Have a grabage bag for stuff you need to throw away, and a box or a separate garbage bag for stuff to donate.

I think I may be camping permanently. Swedish Death Cleaning... how that sounds drastic. My daughter bought a Swedish product called Snot sucker and that was exactly what it was (she use if for her infant)

LOL!!! I always have bacon unless I'm post menopausal and pregnant. By the way, those Swedes have a way with words, don't they? I'm still a little gaggy on the Snot Sucker. another reason to avoid having too many infants.

I like an occasional bag of chips also— one of those occasional pleasures with a tuna sandwich. What I don’t do is buy a bag at the grocery store. There is a gas station about 2 blocks from me that carries the small single serving size of chips for which you pay too much for. So I hike myself down there and buy my bag of chips and walk home. Chips enjoyed, no leftovers to nibble on and I wanted them bad enough that I agreed with myself that I was willing to pay more than they were worth—- no guilt.

DAZEY, that sounds like the best plan!!! The only problem with it is I can take things out. I can put them in boxes. I can throw away stuff, but the stuff that I need to go back, I might be too pooped by then and get depress. I think I’ll take your advice, but do only 1/3 of the closet at a time.👍☀️Thank you!😊

Kenna, I would allow myself to have potato chips if I walked to a gas station to get them. I just keep them out of the house as much as possible. And it’s funny, cause I’m having a tuna sandwich today but no chips.🥲 I too never get the big bag, but I usually get the one for 2 not the tiny one. You’re better than I that’s for sure.👍

Chef Sk.17, I know if I really get going in making meals again, instead of buying them, there will be bacon involved. It does add a lot of flavor to a meal. Sometimes it’s my secret ingredient. 😁
