Prepping my chicken and evaluating last weeks training. Not my normal weigh lifting schedule by any means but I Squeezed workouts in anywhere I could. Got it done on lunch breaks, during lacrosse practices, at the gym at work in my boots, and mutlitasking during my home gym sessions. The cold, rain and wind haven't helped my motivation but Im still making it happen.

LaineAndTheDog98 I use all different types of rubs. Low calorie plus the extra salt is good for me.

Excellent job friend, despite work and children, you have made time to take care of yourself and do what you like, your sleep ratio, steps and heart rate are very good, you have an advanced athlete's heart rate, it is something very healthy :)
