haha not a tongue 🤣 yep lots of protein had a banana an apple and some non fat greek yogurt too. this bacon is amazing and you wouldn't beleive it by looking at it but it a precooked from sams club! I think I've eaten more bacon in the last few weeks then I have In the past few years 😅 its just way too good and so easy warm up and throw on but that will be comming to an end very soon its almost time to cut back a few lbs and get into race shape 😁
