I feel like this may be the last edition of otbs toast lab. I apologize for the disappointment this may bring but I've grown bored of the strict testing process. It's no longer serving its purpose of keeping my mind off all the crap going on in my life as that just gets worse by the day so testing is done the world will may never know the answers I was after.

probably the direct fire caramelizes the sugar making it taste pretty good. for eggs, lower and slower also makes them taste better.
