Strenth is comming back still 20 lbs and 1 rep shy of where I was with my deadlift sets but the comeback is in full swing .. lets do this 💪

MorticiaAddams thanks its so disappointing going back through old journal entries and seeing what I was lifting 6 months ago and knowing I went backwards and not forwards ughhhh. I have certainly learned I can't have it all this year and I have very conflicting fitness goals

I can’t even do half of what you loaded on. I think I was up to 110 lbs but that included bar weight. I need to document my #s cuz I’ve been lifting so light that I forget….can’t wait to be cleared to lift heavy again…I’m hoping for 2 months but that might be optimistic… You are doing great!👍💪🏼

I can understand this completely, when I did my cut this year I went down in what I was lifting but realized it was necessary to achieve the look I was going for. I recently started a bulk and have already seen improvements in what I lift. I know you know this but the strength will come back the further you get into your bulk. Unfortunately we can’t (naturally) have both at the same time. You are doing great, keep it up! 👍🏻💪🏻

Daddy Manatee 🤣🤣🤣🤣 not even 10 lbs they are inflatable just for Fat secret posts 🤣🤣 there is one weir during about these plates though the 25lb ones are yellow and the 35s are green nearly all plates it's the opposite

Strong!! So as I have gone up in weight I feel like my grip is going to drop the bar at the end of my last set when I am fatigued and then I have to pry my fingers off the bar. Do we build muscle in our fingers and wrists??

Kennyn27 ohh wow you started another bulk thats cool. Between the cut earlier this year combined with all the endurance running training and set backs from the knee I lost some muscle for sure but things are going well so far. Amazing what the extra calories can do for you!
