I ate too much yesterday, just carelessness with measurement and tracked after the fact. Had a good workout with my friend at the gym though. We did strength training and elliptical. I figured out I can do half a cardio workout each time I do strength training to add another cardio to my week. (Since something often gets in the way of me meeting my cardio goals lately).

Jb we used to kayak together all the time, but we don’t have a tow hitch anymore (yet) with our replacement vehicles and his kayak is heavy enough to need the trailer. My kayak is easier to transport but my last vehicle’s front passenger seat folded forward which more modern vehicles apparently do not allow so I may need a kayak rack for my vehicle if the kayak won’t go in the back like it did with the old vehicle. I haven’t pulled it out, wiped it down, and tried it yet but it’s definitely on my to do list for the next couple of weekends. So thanks for the reminder. My fiancé was initially supposed to be my gym buddy too but that never worked out. In his defense, he spends a lot of energy and strength on gardening and home repairs compared to me.

Sent you a PM, by the way. Looks like everyone's complaints to Tech Support worked, and they did a sweep to clean out the homophobic comments. At least that user is now on their watch list, thank goodness.
