I look for those who have already reached a goal I want to obtain then read their posts to see how they got there. I have to say Thank you for those who post their 'story' day to day (and then don't delete it, sweeping the struggle under the rug). It's each day's triumph or not and how they adjusted or overcame each obstacle to reach their goal that is helping me to reach mine. Good post Kenna :-)

LiveBreezy— there are so many people here on FS who have been or are still dealing with some of life’s horrific trauma/dramas, and yet here they still are fighting this obesity battle as well. There is nothing wrong with hitting the weight loss pause button if it just gets to be too much. That is not a failure— just a mental health move. Concentrate on maintaining your loss. But don’t revert back to old habits thinking that is a co fort zone— it’s not. It will just add to whatever stress you are dealing with. One step ahead of the other—-JUST KEEP MOVING
