whats your workout of the day? todays my push day workout lots of bench variations, overhead presses, tricep pushdowns etc..a little salmon rice and cauliflower for dinner and Im testing out my new gym purchase with some close grip bench press feeling the triceps burning already🔥

Nice! I was so close to purchasing that Swiss bar when it seems like my elbow pain wouldn’t go away and one point I wanted to cry cuz I felt like a handicap 🤣

NAVYWIFESKI It has been but if I'm going honest I struggled to get the motivation to lift tonight glad I did though

Supergainz1 I'm desperately trying to avoid the crying stage haha I can feel the elbow stating to act up again I figured this would be cheaper than buying multiple sets of dumbbells above 55 lbs. I have tried OHP , skull crushers and every grip for bench so far and it's pretty cool I want do a mix of thw Swiss bar and the regular barbell to give the elbow a break but still keep progressing. I took a big hit earlier in the year when I had toback off drastically and don't want to get there again. 😒

I blasted the shoulders today. They were on 🔥 and I had to lean my elbows on the steering wheel for a minute before I could drive away. The shoulders couldn't even handle the weight of my arms. Last time they felt like that, I popped my bicep tendon. Let's hope that doesn't happen again.

I did a focus sessions today. Bridges, sumo deadlifts and donkey kicks with moderate weight

Salmon is my fav. So expensive here now I avoid it. Pacific is cheaper but I hate Pacific salmon.

Another cardio day. Did d a stepper class..not sore this time. Tomorrow is body pump again

DOMS everywhere otb. Scale is saying so. I feel like ALL my muscles are swollen. Even my brain. Rough nite sleep…or sleepless! Ugh. Enjoy your weekend! 😎
