I just want to put this out there, for those who are about to give up, who thinks calorie counting is too bothersome with having to weigh everything everytime. My advise is to memorize the quantities. Truth be told I’ve only weighed things for 2 weeks and memorize them. I’ve been controlling my weight with guestimations. I still log them but it’s a ton easier 😂

I totally agree. I only weigh or measure stuff that's very dense & I can't guesstimate it.

Good advice! I still measure some things but for the most part have learned what the quantities look like because when eating out or at someone else's house then you will be able to at least have a good idea.
