Redporchlady thanks just following in the footsteps of all the great people on here that I get my inspiration from. not the best comparison photos but you have all seen plenty of my comparison pics before lol it was great to get out for another hike in the middle of winter there was some ice and mud on the trails but overall very nice.

HCB thats the Delaware water gap. I did the shorter loop hike 3.57 steep,rocky miles with 1217 feet of elevation gain.

I must being doing good on the muscle to fat gain ratio from the bulk because I'm still looking pretty lean and I'm up 14.5 lbs so far. this hike plus a heavy leg workout when I got home burned way too many calories trying to stay in a surplus today is easier said then done even had to break out some ice cream 😄
