No change in weight. 155 pounds, 31.7% fat=49 pounds, 25%muscle=39 pounds muscle.
Interestingly, the muscle percent has not changed although I have lost 8 pounds meaning theoretically I have lost 2 pounds of muscle and 4 pounds of fat, so 2 pounds of what? to make 8 pounds.
Going by NSV: the white pants fit, now to find the red pnats and see where they are at. Would hate to get too skinny to wear them (NOT! - would love to blow by a pant size!)
Posting items on line for giveaway, got some takers, very happy about that, now to batten down some more hatches and freecycle more stuff. 2PM already - I only have a couple of hours to get outside for yard work!
Had leftovers today, will have a meal later. Tracking as I eat, since I am my own wildcard when it comes to predicting what I will eat.

I often blow by pant sizes and wish I were more attentive to it.

31.7 % of fat is closed to average and definitely not obese. I also often check my body fat with Body Fat Calculator on a website. Values of neck, waist and hip circumference are needed. But I don't want to say that I completely trust a result. Just half and half. I have never visited any obesity clinic or got diet consulting with any professionals even when I was Obese Class 2 with BMI 36.4 three years ago. Shortly, I actually don't know my real body fat. But it happened to be my weekly routine to measure a waist circumference.

abbadabba -- how do you measure your fat and muscle percentages? I check my body fat a couple of times a year at our health fair with their hand held thing, but I have no idea on the muscle. I'd like to get started on building more muscle

@writingwyo I have two scales that use electric pulses through bare feet to measure body fat. One of my friends used my scale and then had the gym measure bf and the results were the same, so I think the scale is reasonably close. Close enough for government work as I always say, because I have a number to work with that motivates me. Biggest motivation for my building muscle is actually seeing progress so I do the things necessary.

I always went by changes in my body. it took longer for the scale to catch up.
