I’m Whole Foods first, vegan second. While I would never eat venison or jerky, you are making it from scratch, which definitely gets the thumbs up 👍. What did you treat this with prior to putting it in the oven?

mountainman2 🤫🤫🤫🤫it will be our little fat secret 😜 don't want anyone to get mad at me hahaha but it may have been walking around yesterday morning and it's organic and steroid free lean protein. I'm living my best mountain man life today I need to finish cutting the rest of the meat up, running the smoker and I'm going to be splitting Firewood as well.

Nice knowing where ya food comes from.we getting ready to put up a cow and the yearly turkeys their names never change Thanksgiving and Christmas then as the weather turns cooler we will finish the wild trapped we trapped this summer no grocery store for the meat

JustBananas this batch is my sweet batch the marinade has minced garlic, fresh ginger, Sriracha, soy sauce, pepper, agave, and teriyaki sauce. prob some more things im forgetting also lol

RobertoRaymon not 100 percent sure i have n9t used this smoker to make it before but 4 hours minimum I'm sure. the meta isn't all the same size and the stuff closer to the burner on the bottom will deffintly cook faster
