Blob up, muscle down, water holding. 2.5 miles last night, that's pretty much going to be it unless we get to hike or something, which I intend to add back in once the heat goes away. Ate late again. Need to stop doing that. Hoping to swim and walk today. Looking forward to the long weekend.
