You look healthy and in good Shape and the thrift store dress looks super on you like you got it at Nordstroms ! Try the Premier Protein Shakes as a meal substitute . They are only 160 calories , 30 grams of protein and 25 vitamins and nutrients with only one gram of sugar ! I get them at Costco for $29 for a case of 18 . That’s only $1,61 each . Can’t hardly eat anything substantial for that these days . I’ve been drinking 2 per day since 1/1/2021 two weeks prior to Bariatric Sleeve Sugary . I’ve lost slightly over 100 lbs with 2 shakes a day and two small meals with 4-6 Oz of fish chicken or Meat ( beef or Pork ) and two or three small portions of fresh fruit or vegetables. They really have given me a lot of energy and I’m killing it at the gym for a couple of hours per day ! They have really helped me curve my calories and added energy while satisfying hunger and my sweet tooth as it is like a treat !
