gonna be hot this week! AC repair not until Saturday, but I do have a couple of portables that I will use to cool the place down as best I can. Mostly need to keep my parrots at no more than 80 or 82 degrees F.
Looking at my food this week, will likely not make chili like I planned but some salads with cold tuna or salmon, cherry tomatoes, and mozzarella. I have a recipe for basil balsamic vinaigrette that I can't wait to try!
