Ok - today and yesterday were really bad days - just realized I didn't have breakfast! Gotta have breakfast from now on. Isn't that one of the rules of weight loss?

I agree with you. I've not been eating breakfast, because I have therapy so early, but I sure notice I eat more junk when I don't eat breakfast

Trite perhaps but "rules are made to be broken." In this space, the chart rules, and your chart is "smokin'." :-)

thanks! I cheated with the chart - I put my goal as 3 pounds away! So when I lose 0.3 pounds, it looks like a big loss.

Yes, that is one of the main rules. I always eat breakfast no matter what. I never did when I was young but have learned to do so as I got older. You are doing so great, your weight chart is inspiration. Although it is not a continuous downward, you have had ups and downs like a lot of us but you rally and start coming back down. A huge good for you. :-)
