I can see I am overeating now that I have been diligent regarding posting all bought food - I eat everything I buy and the average over the past 10 days is coming out too high for weight loss.

Also, I am not exercising as much as I need to.

My younger daughter is home! Yeah! She has a lot of stuff! She also has not applied for the camp counselor job yet, so there is a good chance she will be home all summer! I am keeping my fingers crossed that whatever happens turns out for the best.

This month's goal is to have an average of 1200 calories per day - hopefully I won't have to fast for the last week of the month to get to that level!

Abba, this taking care of ourself focus can be easily swayed back into old habits but I must say I am so happy to see you are still here as a lot of folks have dropped off for reasons of their own. If you wouldn't mind I am going to ask for your buddyship as I need diligent vigilent people in my life:) To Maintenance and Beyond!!! TOWANDA!!!!!

Enjoy your daughter this summer. Hopefully both of our daughters will find jobs. Poor Ash has been putting in resumes since February. Summer jobs can be tough to find. She has a couple prospects and I am hoping it will work out for her or she will consider going back to London as they have lots of jobs there. I am keeping my fingers crossed for both of them.
