Took Bobby for another 30 minute walk this morning. Walked 2 houses further than yesterday. Hope to continue to increase my walks. 3 or 4 years ago I lost about 50 pounds using FS. I used to walk as much as 10 miles just in my neighborhood. Would take me about 3 hours. Maybe I'll get back to that. I think I have an older picture of my walks with Bobby. For some reason I can't upload the newer pictures.

Salad for lunch today with a hard boiled egg and a little shredded cheese for protein. I usually don't eat dinner.

Precious! Buster is at an age where I can't use him for exercise. He goes around the block and then I drop him at home and go without him.

You don’t have to do mega walks, that’s overwhelming. Break it up to a few miles after meals when it can really help utilize the carbs you just ate. I bet Bobby would like getting out a couple of times a day as well. What kind of dog is Bobby?

Just repeating myself. You are doing great by working in 30 minutes of walking every day... and as you said "once in awhile" in the past you went for the time and distance. That is exactly what you should do. Plan for some exercise and movement everyday and a few times a week push the heart rate and cardio. You don't have to do the later every day. Keep moving forward !
