Jim I just wanted a snack and it was the closest thing. Not the healthiest, but delicious. Next time I will try to bring some fruit or whole grains

Looks great! I've been eating 2-4 Junior Mints out of a Valentine's Day box I got for the past week. Lol I can never get rid of my chocolate cravings, but I'm working on my moderation. ☺️

Good job everyone. Successful weight management is not about deprivation, but about learning portion control and moderation. Deprivation does not work.

It’s gelato. Supposedly tiramisu flavored though I wondered if they accidentally gave me the banana because it was yellow and didn’t taste much like tiramisu. Thanks everyone

I agree with Kenna, it’s okay to have a treat in moderation such as a few junior minus or a snack size candy. This mini gelato was a bigger treat than I usually go for but it will not be a regular thing
