Hi Cindy - No worries Please share with us the outcome when you try it. I tried the other day with 450 and then 400 temp for roughly 15 mins. It was slightly burned but I like it that way since it does not taste so 'fishy' 🤸♀️

I am slowly considering only the use of chicken, fish, cheese, and eggs - negating the beef/pork. It seems like a healthier choice and those choices all go better with salad. If I could read the future - I am positive that it may be filled with salads.
