Fasted 34 hours. Trying for the umpteenth time to get back on the horse. What do they say? Fall down 99 times, get up 100. Last week I stocked up on all my fave healthy foods and made myself do some prep. Made a delicious pot of bean soup and tuna salad. Also stopped snacking at work. Hope all my fs pals are well! I am going to try to be better about checking in. I saw some fabulous and inspiring transformations earlier today!

Absolutely lovely to "see" you, Jen! ❤️I'm kinda having a restart too this week. I fasted about 30 hours on Saturday too. I love how it feels as a way to get my mind and body back in gear. 😊 Have a wonderful week!

Hi Melissa! I think you just got back from a big trip? Welcome back! XryRn, I try to intermittent fast daily, and have been occasionally doing 5:2. I recently got a job as a line cook, and with a lot of unhealthy food available to snack on, I am working on skipping those days entirely. I post my fasting hours here to track them.
