Week two: balance your meals. She's got a simple process of eyeballing what to eat by hand size or scoop which boils down to unlimited vegetables 75 to 100 grams each of protein and starchy carbs with 60 to 80 grams of fat per day.
Still working on getting my 3 meals spread out during the day and remembering to drink water or seltzer in between if I get like I need to ingest something.
