So, writing this down so I don't lose my way. I have lost 2 pounds in 2 months. If I keep at this pace, I will lose 12 pounds this year. If I double the losses, I can lose 20 pounds over the next 10 months. That would actually get me to my current goal. So March is a pivot time - I am shooting for 4 pounds but really I just want to keep losing, keep eating well, and keep my eye on the results!
Boiler guys are drilling away down in the basement - my project just let me know that part of the roof blew off one of my buildings - temps are hovering around 16 Fahrenheit with wind up to 30 miles per hour - my assistant is out sick. I am feeling some stress right now.
The guy I am seeing was on match last week, every day, and I was checking up on him until my BFF convinced me to stop. Now I am sure he is still on there but can't check cuz I deleted my password and profile so I am driving myself nuts. Gotta focus on eating right, drinking water, and getting through this stupid pandemic.
