Day 1 of a planned 3 days of eating
The longer I wait to eat the less I will eat :)
The goal is to not eat until 7:00pm.
I am off for a 5 mile 🏃🏾♂️ run so I may actually lose some weight tomorrow.
Next week I plan to water fast Monday-Friday.
