And lol. She isn't always keto though. And not always friendly, at least not to people who side against science. They deserve the moo pies in their face though. :P

Chocolate ones, heat in microwave for like 10-15 seconds. That's how my papaw did it and that's how I do it. I haven't had one in many years though.

Yes I eat keto like 2-4 times a week, maybe 6 days of lchf and 1 day of whatever. It’s flexible and calorie controlled.

Yes that is why those struggling without any real progress are so angry. Keep trying something new to see what works. I went through 4 different diets in 3 months last year before I found a balance. Science doesn’t take sides in diet talks. It will always prevail regardless of who says what.
