Time to get serious. Too much farting around and not enough weight loss.

Recording starting today. Putting the weight days on the schedule. Nobody wants to be fat but wishing doesn't make it so.

I started logging my food in July and finally started reset my weight so I could start again. It makes a difference. You'll do fine, I'm sure of it!

I have logged my meals since I started and it is an eyeopener on where I am making mistakes etc.. But what is making the biggest difference in figuring out my eating has been getting a scale (before I just measured or went by package serving talley). This morning instead of just logging 1 lg hard boiled egg I weighed it, it was a 9 calorie difference. I know that is not a lot but at the end of the day it can add up to unknown calories. It is time consuming to start but soon I figured out a system and it goes pretty fast.
