So here we are. I'm not eating poorly, but I am being very disorganized. Grazing, but logging. I did end up having to cook off schedule last night, but at least I cooked rather than eating garbage or starting to go out all the time. It's the chaos factor. I've quit eating a real dinner a couple nights in a row, I have been running away from the house that is no longer mine. Needs to stop.

I've decided my best path forward is to fake myself into being happy again as an initial step. Spent four days sulking, I need to get some control back in my life. Working, walking dogs late at night and just going to bed is not a life. I need to fight against my feelings and get through this. Might make an appointment with a financial advisor as this is not something I had planned for and it could have long term consequences. Need to minimize that impact as it's causing a lot of stress. These are my choices. No one else's. May need to have some uncomfortable conversations. We'll just deal with it when we get there.
