This week I read an article in the local paper that reported on the secret to a long life: Ready? Eat less and exercise more.

There is a direct correlation between how much you eat and what you eat and how much exercise you get and how long you will live - even stronger than genetics.

There. It was in writing in the news. So, everyone here pat yourself on the back for figuring this out and let's keep at it!

Eat less and exercise more never thought of that, will give that a try lol. Hope the person who wrote the article didn't put to much time and effort into their research.

Woah! Hold the presses. Haha. Actually, even though we know those are the keys to weight loss I didn't realize those factors are stronger than genetics. That's good news for me! Three of my grandparents died before they reached 70. Have a good Saturday.
