Gotta say , i have been making that white chicken chili for like 25 years, and i have slimmed it down quite a bit, but it is even more delicious, imho. it is one of those Midwestern church basement recipes. I got the spice to a slow but definite burn and i substitute refried beans and jalapeno cream cheese and the texture is so creamy and hearty.
