Day 5 of a planned 5 day ‘no solid food’ fast Blood sugar 94 mg/dL
Gained a pound 😜
Had some work and personal issues yesterday so I did not do my planned run or get to the gym. Because of stress, I hit the protein drinks in heavy cream really hard at nearly 1200 calories. Worse, I had to stay up late to complete a last minute project.
I will probably lose this water weight by tomorrow, but, of course this was ‘not my plan’. However, this ‘no solid food’ fast thing works better when I exercise hard at the same time.
The rain hasn’t started yet, but, if I can drag my tired butt out in the cold, I will try to get a run in before work.
I wanted to do something positive, did 70 pushups using good form 😊
