My sister had a lump on her hand like that. I don't remember the cause or the outcome since I was pretty young and am not famous for paying attention to stuff that I can't affect.

Its a ganglion,, me and my mother always get them. She had surgery once to remove one.. she still got them. I think technically its a calcium build up or something...mine come and go .. I pay no notice. I think my grandmother got them also. They never caused any harm.

ganglion cyst/bible cyst. painful when applying pressure to palm. heat&stretch wrist. or pop it with a big book lol (not recommended but can help)

I don't do much about it, when it hurts i just try to be careful with my hand movements, sometimes it disappear.

My daughter had a ganglion cyst on her wrist removed about 10 years ago. It isn't harmful, but it was starting to press on a nerve so she opted to have it removed.

I am going to think about that, it sounds painful though 🤔🤯, I am not sure about the surgery either because I know it's not permanently , in most cases it comes back. Sometimes it's only the pain in my wrists, I have been trying to do yoga but it seems that my 100 lbs is too much for my weak wrists. 😐

I had this surgically removed, twice. I had extreme pain while it grew. I totally would do it a third time if needed.

Looks like a ganglion cyst (?)...they can come back once removed and are painful.
