Ok, this's how my body looks at this moment. With clothes on I look very thin because my height is 5 feet, 0 inches, small frame,I still want to lose body fat this year, but I don't know if that will happen 🤔😰 

You look great! Baby steps. You'll get where you want to be. All about that consistency over time! :) 

You have a thin waist, thighs, tight butt, trim muscular arms... You are in-really-great-shape. What was the problem again? 🤔😆😃 

You are looking great. The extra skin is frustrating though. Nothing like having to fold the skin into your pants, eh? When I lost 150 pounds I did choose to get it removed. I found the term 'tummy tuck' to be ridiculous as I had so much more skin than a 'tuck'! You may be young enough for the body to 'absorb' the extra skin

Your hard work is paying off! I see baby abs peeking out! 40 lbs is a lot to lose on short people like us. Continue working on building muscle and losing fat, if it’s really loose it’s probably all excess skin. My belly did tighten up over time but there is still some skin and stretch marks. If it really bothers you, skin removal surgery might be an option. I think you have a strong sexy body!

No denying how far you have come! My baggy skin gets to me at times, but I know these are my battle scars! I know I look better now with the sag than the rolls, and so do you!

And you are so brave - most of us have excess skin - especially after losing as much as you have - but very, very few have the courage to show it - you are amazing!

Thank you guys ❤❤ Baby steps, I know, but I am impatient haha, I went from a 96 cm waist to 67 cm, and my lower belly from 105 cm to 78 cm. The change has been great, maybe I just need to continue working hard as always and not expect so much from my body 😝

You look fabulous and you should be very proud of yourself!!!! I'm just going to throw this out there in the event you might be interested.... a lot of people have had some great success with minimizing loose skin by using a fasciablaster.
