Blood sugar 78 mg/dL

I spent an hour writing and posting a journal about how I basically lost 3lbs during the day yesterday but then ate a huge calorie surplus (but low carb) and basically gained 3lbs for a net of 0lbs.

I feel that while there was perhaps 0.2lbs of actual fat gained, the rest was just water 'moving in and out'.

Anyway, I did a weight update using the mobile app and it erased my Journal entry :(

But...

@baskington - I don't know if you saw my response to the comment you made on my original post. I basically agreed with you and said I will stop obsessing about my weight going up when my muscles look bigger.

ha! I did not get a chance to see it, but we all notice your muscles are bigger. and I think many commented on it as well! it is harder to see the changes ourselves that others see. Bet Princess is happy!

@chrisw77 - Actually today may be the day that I do that. I already had a LOT of water and I still feel I need more. About to do a run so I will drink the water after that. I will go up a pound, but that is ok, fast starts tomorrow!

water is not fat Adef, nothing to be concerned about. I will be carrying an extra couple pounds from my dairy eating today. that is not fat, it is just water retention. when you get dehydrated to show something on the scale you look more how do I say it, dehydrated. when you are flush with water your body shows off your muscles better and your face is fuller. healthy glow so to speak. I wish I could get this wrinkled skin to plump up a little with all the water I drink

probably something else I can't tolerate like whey protein. I find everything that is supposed to be good for you I don't tolerate.
