Had my first run around our local lake trail. My friends ~60 year old(didn't ask of course) mother joined us. She kept up for the whole lap. Approximately 4 miles of rough terrain with sharp inclines and dips. We never stopped to walk. It took us about 40 minutes. It sure was inspiring to see her crush it. I gave her a high-five. 😊
