This ended up being more calories than planned, but i guess i was craving fat... and carbs, lol. I think of it as "salad bar" at home. Salad and cabbage, blue cheese, almonds, chick peas, balsamic and ranch bolthouse dressings, scoop of cottage cheese, scoop of tuna salad, baked potato with pico/guac. Side of mixed nuts bc i can't seem to stay out of them! At least there are a lot of veggies snuck in there. It was delicious and satisfying!
