So excited I only gained 1 pound after coming off the 2 day liquid fast. I felt less hungry yesterday and when I did eat I felt very full after eating half my normal lunch. I honestly felt better when I was on the fast and I look forward to starting it again next Monday-Wednesday. I bought a bunch of LonoLife Beef and chicken broth K-Cups as well as the Master Cleanse that I used earlier this week. This should give me 600+ calories a day to get me though. Since I don't eat at lunch on those days I am able to get in a 5000 step walk.
