I don't know how much I trust my scale (I'm sure it's not too far off). I weighed in at 193.6, 196.4, and 196.6 this morning. I over-ate some greasy leftovers I didn't want to go bad last night so I'm assuming I'm at the heaviest weigh in.
89,2 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 4,5 kg.    Sisa: 14,3 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

I weigh twice a month at a higi station inside my drug store it helps!
