Happy New Year.

Returning to the office tomorrow after 9 days away. I got plenty of rest and I needed it.

I am ok with this weight entry because it will take around 2 to 3 weeks to correct this upswing and I will put it the work.

I missed my FS family.

A special thanks for those who inboxed me and/or reached out to me outside of FS. It means a lot.

Congrats to those who made breakthroughs during my time away. For those of you almost there or needing to get their bums in gear... LETSGO!!!!!
