Whilst I am still doing plenty of exercise and not stupid with the food my weight is going backwards at the moment - A fathers day picnic a wildlife park plus beer port and cheese plus a meal out has put me on the back foot for my 13 stone target. It has been brilliant to have daughter and son home together at home for a few days so very much worth it- That has not happened for eight years. We are also going for a very posh meal at Blenheim on Thursday. That's not really going to help me lose weight.

It's hot today so I will be chillaxing at home a BBQ is on the cards. Perhaps if I sit in the sun the fat will melt off

Just arrived invitation - More calorie opportunity tonight, we are now going to the wedding evening event our daughter is going to - Knowing the family the food will be lush. There will be a bar, my daughter drinks. It's toward the month end and the cash fund fully depleted and it's the car MOT next week - I need to prepare myself to go over budget for the month. I do struggle a little when cash control goes out the window.
