I'm in a plateau - Might be because of significantly more activity is swapping fat for muscle - mostly unconcerned.
In other news I was reared ended (the car type) 15 miles into a 185 mile drive home -The Ladies car who hit me was undrivable and likely written off. Mine was drivable but also possibly written off. These things happen and hopefully the insurance claim won't be a pain.
