finally hit my goal of 20 pull ups yesterday that I've been after for a while now ! I'm super happy about it and even more surprised because it was on my lunch break, and I wasn't feeling like doing anything at all . the pull ups were thw second part of a superset with 22 dips prior too so I was even more surprised. Anyway, life is busy busy right no have a good one peeps

Congrats dude. I also reached my three sets of 12 reps bicep curls yesterday with 2 12.5 pound dumbbells. I’m always lazy and use tens so this week I worked my way up to three sets with the 12s. Pretty happy about it too. And like you, it was the last move of the whole workout so I was already tired. Seems like bicep curls are very tough for me. I can do all kinds of other stuff, but man that little muscle is struggling. Any suggestions?

wifey9707 if it's something you really wnat to focus on do it earlier in the workout other than that just keep pushing and showing up

Typically you would wnat to do your bigger compound lifts first unless there is a body part you think needs the most focus then it makes sense to do it first 😁
