Rowed last night and got a really good one in. Blob is still holding down and is lower than January 1, so all good there. Puppy class last night, no walk at all but closed my rings. The rowing workout I did was one of my favorite variations, 8 one minute sprints for 15 minutes and 12 30 second sprints for the rest. Good way to let go of stress too because you really don’t have time to think.

It feels like the storm is already here, but it’s not supposed to start until tomorrow. Woke up to sunshine and it was quickly replaced by heavy clouds. Kinda a bummer because it’s supposed to rain for almost a week off and on. Anyways, work busy, life good, press on, press on.
