I have started Carnivore this past week to kick-start my Keto food plan this year. Will weigh in on Feb 10th should be interesting but have not been able to more reasonable take off the 10lbs I have put on these past two years. I get under control. Loose a few. Take my eye off the prize and then when I realize what I've done. Start over.

My healthy resolve is not the "old me way" of handling my eating and forgetting. So I am making a commitment to do this daily. That commitment to this place saves my life. Listing food daily and weighing daily after Feb 10th -Carnivore finish.
Back on Keto. Rinse/repeat DAILY!!!

Stick to your guns, JudyRose. Carnivore is our proper human diet for millions of years. We're evolved to thrive on meat, and many of us lose our health when we go omnivore or vegetarian. PHD!

doing the same, been keto for 3yrs and trying carnivore for 90 days. not to much of a transition, but i miss a few things. Good luck on the final 10lbs

Carnivore for the win. I love all foods too. I went from keto to carnivore and feel much better. I "cheat/treat" myself sometimes with a keto treat like a quest cookie or Rebel Ice cream or a few lilly's chips. Honestly, i don't feel as well after so they are my treat. Then back to steak. I do use spices and limit my cheese and dairy because i need to loose weight. I think everyone is a little different. I hope you do well. It took me many tries and maybe 4 months to become totally natural.
