This sucks but I think it is hormonal timing. I have been within 80 calories of my goal this week. Really trying to tighen up my goals. At work, me and the other two ladies have made a pact to walk more in January and get on track for losing weight. It is damp and raining now but 2 of the 3 have walked so I need to get my time in. I see Target has vitamins/protien foods on sale this week. I plan to get a few things.
