And started lifting harder with the lifting challenge. Yikees on the pains. But it is fun
Will get back into running this week. I had a hip pain and has not been running but will try a few shorter ones and evaluate

I got up before the sun which is getting easier and easier.
60,1 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 24,2 kg.    Sisa: 5,1 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.
