Not waiting until Sunday to enter my weight. I figure I'll post any loss that is at least 1 pound. I usually postpone entering gains, hoping I won't have to if I can lose the weight. Silly things I think about. Taking it one day at a time really helps. Just getting through today spraying on plan is my goal. I've taken my dog for longer walks 3 days in a row. I love this time of year when I get outside at 10am or later and it's not too hot to walk.

Thanks Morticia. I just got back from a walk with Bobby. My goal is to add 500 steps each day until I get to 10,000. Started a few days ago at 4000 steps, then 6000 and yesterday was 7000. I set the pedometer to 0 before starting on the walk. Goal today was 7500 steps. Got home and had done 10,500 steps! Now I can't move!. Neither can Bobby. I went down a big steep hill and it takes lots of steps to get back home without going up the hill. Maybe 30 pounds from now I'll try the hill

I play games with my scale too Fritzy. If I weigh heavy I'll move scale around on floor to see if it will go lighter. If it doesn't I'll be honest on logging it but believe me if it goes lighter, that's my log in weight! lol Congratulations on loss!!🩷🩷

Thanks Shjr! Not sure why my motivation seems to kick in this time of year, but this when I enjoy getting outside for long walks

Thanks Diana! I just don't post my weight if it's up, figuring that if I'm careful the weight will go down in a day or 2. That's pro Albany I will go weeks without posting my weigbt!
