wow!! Yesterday, I drank a ton of water. No junk food, no refined carbs, high protein, and ate 100calories less then my food goal, deficit not including calories burned from smart watch/ 2 hrs worth of active housework... finally, have been getting decent sleep too. Having the windows open with cool overnight air has been helping.
