It's been hot, then rainy. I just haven't been getting in my walking. But a little loss is good. I've been keeping my protein up.

Hey Lydium, I'm a carb addict, so no - whole grains, colorful fruits, legumes and nuts and seeds are not my path. I thrive on meat and an occasional veg. I learned the hard way. Keto/carnivore for me. Very low carb.

Great job! You know what works for you, and you’re doing it. About the walking: you could try walking indoors, so heat and rain aren’t a factor. That’s what I do. I walk in my rancher-style home, but you could walk in a mall, Walmart, etc if your home isn’t conducive to walking. It took me a lot of work, but I now have a clear path through every room (except the bathrooms). Try it - you might like it!
